The data controller of this data is our relevant customer; WEBBULUT, as a data processor regarding this data, acts only within the framework of our customer's instructions and the agreement between us, does not use the data for its own purposes and takes the necessary technical and administrative security measures. • Contact form and e-mail correspondence: Until your request is concluded and during the relevant statute of limitations against possible disputes thereafter.
• Contract, invoice and accounting records: For the periods stipulated in the Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation (10 years as a rule).
• Visit statistics records: Maximum 1 year; It will be automatically deleted after this period.
• Cookies: For the periods specified in the cookie panel or until you change your preference.

Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or made anonymous. Technical and administrative measures such as encrypted connection (HTTPS), authorization and access control, firewall, regular backup and update are applied to protect your data.
